Nudge MCP service terms
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
Nudge is a product of Kyrix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16192932), registered office 6 Kiln Lane, Buriton, Petersfield, England, GU31 5SG. Contact: admin@nudgeai.uk.
These terms apply when your agency uses Nudge. "You" means the agency that signs up. Our data processing agreement at nudgesearch.com/mcp/dpa forms part of these terms.
2. What Nudge does
You connect your Google Ads manager account through Google sign-in. Nudge checks the client accounts you connect, ranks issues by money at stake, and recommends changes in Claude.
Nudge only changes an account when someone on your team approves the change. Budget increases are capped per campaign and per account each day. Changes can be undone, and every change is recorded.
3. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you have the right to connect each client account and to let Nudge read and change it, including under your agreements with your clients.
- You decide which changes to approve. Recommendations can be wrong, so review each one before you approve it.
- You keep your logins secure and tell us at once if you think someone has misused your access.
- You use Nudge in line with Google's and Amazon's advertising policies and the law.
4. Our responsibilities
- We make changes only when you approve them.
- We protect your data as set out in the data processing agreement.
- We tell you before we make a change to Nudge that materially reduces what it does.
5. Fees
Fees, billing period and the number of client accounts are as agreed in your order or by email. We never charge a share of your clients' ad spend.
6. Your data
You own your data and your clients' data. We use it only to provide Nudge to you, as set out in the data processing agreement.
Improving the service. We may use anonymised, aggregated performance data across accounts to improve the service. This means data about changes made through Nudge and what happened afterwards, combined across many accounts. Before we use it, we remove anything that identifies you, your clients, their accounts, campaigns, keywords, ads or customers. No personal data goes into it.
We use it only to improve Nudge's own features, such as how it ranks recommendations. We never sell it, share it or pass it to anyone else. No customer ever sees another customer's accounts, keywords, bids or results. This does not apply to data received through the Amazon Ads API.
To see or delete your data, email admin@nudgeai.uk or revoke access in your Google account.
7. Claude
Nudge works inside Claude. Your use of Claude is governed by your own agreement with Anthropic. Data Nudge returns to Claude is handled under that agreement.
8. Availability
Nudge is in private access. We aim to keep it running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance or security.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise:
- We are not liable for the results of changes you approve, for ad spend, or for lost profits, revenue, clients or goodwill.
- Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
10. Intellectual property
Nudge, its software and its name belong to Kyrix Ltd. You may use Nudge for your agency and your clients while these terms apply.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using Nudge at any time by emailing admin@nudgeai.uk and revoking access in your Google account. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms.
When the service ends, we delete your data within 30 days, except anonymised data under section 6.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you, unless the change is needed for legal or security reasons.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
