1. Who we are
Nudge is a product of Kyrix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16192932). Our registered office is 6 Kiln Lane, Buriton, Petersfield, England, GU31 5SG.
Kyrix Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. For any question or request about your data, email admin@nudgeai.uk.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers nudgesearch.com and applications for access to Nudge.
Connecting a Google Ads account to Nudge is covered by separate service terms and a data processing agreement. We share both before you connect anything.
3. What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with advertisers.
5. Who processes it for us
These providers process data on our instructions, under contracts that protect it:
- Supabase: stores access applications.
- Vercel: hosts this website and provides basic visit analytics.
- Google Workspace: handles email to and from admin@nudgeai.uk. Only our three directors can access that inbox.
- FormSubmit: forwards a copy of each application to our team inbox.
- Slack: notifies our team when an application arrives.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
- Access applications: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Consent to product updates: until you withdraw it.
- Emails and messages: no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, move it to another provider, or stop sending you product updates.
Email admin@nudgeai.uk. We reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
9. Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
