What are the best Opteo alternatives for agencies?

By Tom Claydon, Co-founder, Nudge · Updated 21 Oct 2026 · Prices checked 21 Oct 2026

The main Opteo alternatives are Optmyzr (more platforms and scheduled automation), TrueClicks (free up to $50K a month in spend, unlimited accounts), Adalysis (unlimited accounts from $149 a month), Google's free Google Ads MCP server (read-only), and Nudge (Google Ads changes made inside Claude, each approved first). The right one depends on why you are moving: account caps, platforms, price, or wanting the work done from an AI assistant.

Disclosure: Nudge publishes this page and makes Nudge, one of the options. Facts about the others come from their own pricing pages, help centres and documentation, read on 21 October 2026. Prices change, so check before you buy.

What does Opteo do, and what does it cost?

Opteo gives Google Ads recommendations, called Improvements, with the reasoning and statistics behind each one. You review and approve them, then push them live, many with one click. Its AI Chat can make changes directly, and its MCP connector lets Claude and other assistants read data and take actions after you confirm.

On 21 October 2026, Opteo's plans were:

Basic$129/mo10$25,000
Professional$249/mo25$100,000

There is a 14-day free trial. Its help docs describe Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads, and its AI Chat makes changes on Google Ads only.

Which alternative fits which job?

Optmyzr. Best for: agencies running several ad platforms who want scheduled rules. Watch out for: price rises with spend, and its MCP writes only new keywords.

TrueClicks. Best for: catching errors across many accounts with no account cap. Free up to $50K a month in spend. Watch out for: its MCP is read-only; fixes happen in the TrueClicks app.

Adalysis. Best for: audits and alerts with unlimited accounts. Watch out for: price rises with spend; its MCP is read-only.

Google's Google Ads MCP server. Best for: free, read-only questions in Claude. Watch out for: it cannot change anything, and you install and run it yourself.

Nudge. Best for: agencies that want to ask about any client account in Claude and have approved changes made there, across manager accounts. Each change is checked against the live account first, budget rises are capped at 20% per campaign and 25% per account per day, and any change can be undone in one step. Watch out for: Google Ads only, Claude only, and private access with no published price.

When is Opteo still the right choice?

When you run up to 75 Google Ads accounts within its spend caps, like a fixed monthly price, and want each recommendation explained with statistics before you push it. Its MCP also already takes actions from Claude after you confirm.

How do you switch from Opteo?

  1. Note which Improvements your team pushes most often, so you can check the new tool covers them.
  2. Connect the new tool read-only on one account and compare its findings with Opteo's.
  3. Avoid two tools changing the same account at once; decide which one makes changes.
  4. Opteo's changes stay visible in Google Ads change history, which Google keeps for two years.
